Through day or evening programs, patients can receive comprehensive treatment for psychiatric or addiction disorders and still return to home or school each day. Programming is offered as a step down from inpatient care or a step up into treatment and is adjusted to meet the needs of patients through group and family sessions. Each patient will have an individualized treatment plan to meet his or her needs and goals.
Outpatient programs are provided by Branches College Park, a service of Anchor Hospital, located on our Anchor Hospital Campus at 5448 Yorktowne Drive Atlanta, Ga 30349. Please call 404-470-9500 for more information.
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) serves patients experiencing a behavioral or chemical dependency crisis who require stabilization without the intensity of full inpatient hospitalization.
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured therapy that allows the patient to maintain a work-life balance. Flexible programming hours allow the patient to schedule 3-5 days per week that are most appropriate to meet their needs. IOP is led by a licensed therapist. Active family involvement in intensive outpatient therapy is a critical component for the treatment plan.
